Payment is accepted at time of pick up or you may prepay for your pets stay at the time of drop off. All rates and requirements subject to change.

$40 charge for after hours accommodations.
PAYMENT
Boarding rates are based on a nightly charge until 11:00 am on the day the pet goes home (like a motel). Check out time is before 11:00 am. If you pick up your pet during hours we are open after 11:00 am you will be charged for that coming night. First time clients are required to pay when the animal is brought in for boarding. Returning clients may pay their bills at the end of the boarding stay.
The first day of your pets reservation, whether you drop off in the morning or afternoon always counts as 1 day. Due to only being open Saturday morning and Sunday evening, Saturday and Sunday each count as a day. For example, if you drop off Friday and pick up Sunday you will be charged for 3 days. If you drop of Saturday and pick up Sunday you will be charged for 2 days.
We accept payment by cash, personal checks and credits cards. There is a $25 charge for returned checks.
All holiday* reservations require a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Reservations may be cancelled or changed up to two weeks before the start of the holiday boarding. If, for any reason, the kennel assigned to a dog is empty, the client is responsible for each day's payment through the time reserved. The credit card will be charged and a receipt will be sent to the client.
When canceling a reservation, it is important to let us know. Please call 810-636-2112 so we are aware and can try and get an animal on our waitlist in.
We book up fast for both Holidays and Weekends. We recommend you book your reservation as soon as your know you will be going out of town to insure you get a spot. Please also make sure you plan accordingly when it comes to Holidays. We are closed on all Holidays so that means you will be need to pick up or drop off either the day before or the day after a holiday, not on the holiday itself.
